All proceeds from this fundraiser will go to support the U12 Halifax County United
Boys Soccer team who will be travelling to the Gothia Cup , Gothenburg Sweden in
July 2008.
Gothenburg, Sweden is home to the largest youth soccer tournament in the world,
the "Gothia Cup". Consisting of over 1500 teams from all over the world, games will
feature teams from 60+ nations.
The tournament is played annually and this will be it's 34th year in existence.
Dubbed "The World Youth Cup" by it's organizers, the tournament will give the players
an opportunity to experience many different cultures and a chance to square off
against some of the world's best young players.
