Heather Jeanson already had a career and a very full life when she first picked up a camera in 2007.  "It's just a hobby " she said, little knowing how important this 'hobby' would become to her...

Heather has an extensive background in sports, and she immediately began to incorporate photography into her sports activities.  "It's quite a challenge", she says, to catch the fast moving action during a sports event; there's so much going on, all at the same time.  But that's what makes it enjoyable, and seeing the focus, the pure concentration, that the kids bring to the contest just makes me all the more determined to capture that feeling."

Photography has quickly become a passion for Heather, especially her favourite subjects, animals.  Her work is already selling commercially and she plans further growth in the near future, including development of a web site and her on-line galleries.
