The Rockingham (Nova Scotia) Council Knights of Columbus invite the Youth of our Community to participate in the 2nd annual Knights of Columbus Soccer Challenge contest to take place Saturday September 27th, 2007 from 1:00pm - 4:00pm at Tremont Soccer Field in Halifax.

The Soccer Challenge is a competition designed for players to demonstrate the most basic of soccer skills - the penalty kick. The Challenge is open to all boys and girls ages 10 - 14 (10 divisions) from the Rockingham - Fairview-Clayton Park community.

There will also be some guest appearances from the Halifax City Caldwell Banker senior men's Premier team.

The event is free of charge but in order for youth to participate, we need their parental consent with a signed waiver form which will be available the day of the event. Registration starts at 1:00 pm. Wrap up with prizes, medals, participation certificates will be handed out by 4 pm.
