Halifax City Soccer Club welcomes Pete Leebrook as their new Club Head Coach/ Director of Coaching. Pete has a USSF “A” License and UEFA “B” license. His extensive coaching background has included working with several competitive clubs in Arizona for 15 years, Washington State University Women’s program and as an educator for the English Football Association.

Pete is also a UK qualified teacher with a degree in Sports Studies from University of Northumbria and a post grad certification in Physical Education from De Montfort University.

Pete played professionally for Burnley FC from 1985-1989. He has also represented England at the Semi-Pro level and represented Great Britain at two World Student Games.

Pete and his wife Tracey have three children, Sophie, Emma and Edward.
